If you purchase or sign up for a product built on Xperiencify
Xperiencify is a gamified online course platform operated by Xperiencify Inc., based in the United States. Your Personal Information will be initially processed on a secure server hosted by Amazon in Walnut, USA. Amazon Web Services (AWS) uses Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and additional technical and organizational measures as a lawful basis for complying with the EU GDPR guidelines.
Cloudflare is used for CDN purposes. (CDN: Content Delivery Network or Content Distribution Network operates by caching content such as images, videos, scripts, and other static assets on multiple servers located across the globe.) Metadata about this activity is processed on behalf of our customers in our data centers in the United States and Europe. Cloudflare is compliant with EU GDPR guidelines by utilizing Standard Contractual Clauses and additional technical and organizational measures as a lawful basis.

If you purchase our products, the payments are collected by Creem
Creem is a Merchant of Records located in Estonia. For more information on how they handle your data related to your payments, see Privacy Policy | Creem.
Your checkout information (your name, email, country and the course/product you purchased) will be transferred from Creem to Xperiencify by a Cloudflare Worker - an automation that will need to save the checkout ID and your Magic Link for you to be redirected to the course right after the payment is confirmed. These data will be stored in Cloudflare KV storage for two weeks (14 days) for possible troubleshooting purposes and are then permanently deleted.
